You won't be able to print the UPS label from ebay, you either have to get it from paypal or you could try signing up for your own UPS account & see what discounts are available? Also keep in mind, your FVF on the shipping cost is $3.50 and ebay will NOT adjust it if you issue the buyer a partial refund so if you were to get a UPS label for $19, the difference between that and what the buyer paid is $16, so I would refund them around $14.20.What’s more, My Baggage isn’t just affordable. Oh ok, I only saw a picture of the unit and it appeared small enough for a FLRB, I didn't see the size of the accessories.
I am happy to refund the buyer, but do not know how to best reverse the transactions and/or change the order to be UPS shipping. Unfortunately, the buyer did not select the UPS option as advised, then paid $35 for standard USPS shipping. UPS for the proper size box is about $25, possibly $19 or so through ebay. Due to the distance, a large flat rate box would be great (like $18) but the item includes a case and car mount system that makes it all too big for the large FR box (splitting into two boxes doesn't help either). The item was listed with calculated shipping, accurate weight and dimensions.
